This week's referee: Waterhead Warriors v Featherstone Rovers (Challenge Cup Round 2)

      

Usually we bring you some stats relating to our referee but we can't do so this time because it is his first time officiating in a match involving a men's professional team. It is Alan Billington, he hails from Widnes and he was the referee for the first round match between Thatto Heath and Orrell St. James.

However, he has twice previously refereed a Featherstone Rovers match but it was for the ladies team, away at St. Helens in 2018 and away at Wigan in 2019.
