Question 1)

We asked:

The chart below contains 5 clubs. What do they have in common? There are no other clubs that belong in this group.

Clue a: The order of the clubs is relevant.

Clue b: Wigan and Wakefield not in the list because they have too many; Hull KR and Hunslet not in the list because they have too few. 

It was a list of the clubs who have won the Challenge Cup three times. The Chart below now includes the years in which they did it.

Question 2)

We asked:

What makes the first three clubs in the chart above different to the bottom 2?

The first time the Challenge Cup Final was played at Wembley was in 1929. In the chart above we have shown the Wembley finals in red and the ones in white are pre-Wembley.

So, the answer is that the first three clubs have never won the challenge Cup at Wembley, whereas Leigh and Featherstone both have.
